Anastasia Cecchetto, who is based in London, is in her 23rd job after starting her own company, Ace Influencers, making her CEO before she turned 23.

She tried her hand at being an event planner, which was “quite fun sometimes” but not for her, so she quit. She then sold ice cream in a zoo in Amsterdam. “Too cold for my taste. Getting free entry to the zoo was pretty cool,” she said.

Anastasia went on to become a content writer, SEO specialist, freelance social media manager and personal online trainer. “I loved this business, but I outgrew it. It taught me a lot about running a business, but I was ready to move on to something bigger.”

She was also artistic director of a luxury hotel. Although it was a “great job”, it was not her cup of tea because she wanted to be her own boss.

“Maybe people get stuck because they’re so far into something, it can be hard for people to walk away. You have to follow your heart, I guess, if you feel like something isn’t right. not for you, don’t be afraid to try something else – don’t be afraid to pursue your dreams,” she said.

Anastasia often landed jobs she wasn’t qualified for, but she learned on the job and researched how to do things.

“Doing all these jobs I realized what was important to me was having the freedom and being able to get real results, and that can be a challenge when you work for a company,” he said. she stated.

Anastasia eventually decided to start her own marketing agency and now works with influencers all over the world.

“I feel like I’ve finally found my calling, I’m really happy where I am. I could change my mind, but right now I’m happy,” she said.
